(All practices adopted June 2000 and effected August 2000 unless otherwise noted)

General Actions

SoL Satellite Team Training and Area Weekend Sites
(Effective 6/02) The SoL affirms its commitment to promote and support establishment of SoL Satellite Team Training Sites which will be enabled to act on the behalf of the SoL 3-Days Section to recruit, form and train Team members, and to potentially plan and execute weekends in the local Cursillo Area. The enablement of a Satellite will be accomplished by an appropriate number of Area Cursillistas attending the 2nd Saturday SoL Formation Meetings for a minimum of 1 year, and completion of intensive training by the SoL 3-Days Section on Team selection and formation. It is envisioned that such an effort would begin with the formation of an Area Leaders’ Group Reunion (LGR) to explore the depth and breadth of Area interest and commitment to establish a Satellite. Meetings of the LGR would most appropriately precede, and continue during the SoL Formation Meetings attendance, as the prelude to the new Satellite. Further, (Effective 12/00) the SoL affirmed the advisability of creating SoL Satellite Area Weekend sites based on proximity of major community segments pending qualified SoL Satellite Team Training Site(s).
